Attaining Objectives through Effective Time Management

I would suggest you would need to consider 5 factors to reach an effective way of managing your time :

1.Take control of your mind
The mind is fickle , unsteady & restless . It tends to worry about the past and become anxious about the future. The mind needs a powerful intellect to focus its attention on the present occupation. It is thus important to develop and strengthen the intellect to be able to manage the wavering mind.

2.Set up objectives
What you are inherently strong at is known as your svadharma while what is alien to you is known as paradharma. You have to decide whether you wish to be an accomplished cricketer , a footballer like Messi, a top oncologist pursuing cancer research or a business development expert using cutting edge technology. You need to figure out what would make you stand out of the crowd and what you enjoy doing .Even a 5% edge would give you a headstart.

3.Identify quality & quantity of resources
Once your objectives are set determine the resources and the number of hours and special training you require to attain your objective. This could be field infrastructure, coaching fees and hours, time required, the books you need to buy.You must also consider a suitable peer group who would strive towards a similar cause.

4.Plan your life’s project backwards
Assess the years required to complete your project. If it requires 30 years break up the project into two parts of 15 years each. And to complete the first part of the project in fifteen years ,you must decide what you would like to complete in the first 5 years .Then break up your targets in 3 years, two years and a 1 year timeframe.

5.Effectively Maximise utilisation of 24 hours
Every human being is composed of three different mental temparaments – Sattva, Rajas and Tamas.
Sattva is the state of mind in equanimity, and serenity. It is free from worldly entanglement and consequent mental agitation.
Rajas is the state of mind replete with desires, passions and agitations. This entangles one with the affairs of the world.
Tamas is a state of inertia appearing a lethargy, indolence and indifference. Tamasik personalities have no intellectual conviction to pursue, no emotional feeling to manifest .
The law of nature suggests that the sattvik temperament in a person surfaces in the early hours of the morning between 4am and 6am .Rajas manifests between 6am to 6pm and tamas emerges after 6pm. For best reflection, planning and programming your work you must make best use of the time between 4am and 6pm when you are calm, composed and reflective.

Solar Cell Manufacturers review

There are essentially 3 types of Solar Cell Companies .The tier 1 comprising top 2% do core R&d and are integrated end-to-end.The experience is more than 10 years. The second line about 8% do not indulge in R&d but use partial robotics etc for manufacturing. They have experience of 2-5 years .The rest 90% are assemblers and use human production lines for manual soldering. The projects however have a good capital output ratio .  Here's a good link to review the top Solar Companies  http://www.forbes.com/sites/uciliawang/2014/12/03/guess-who-are-the-top-10-solar-panel-makers-in-the-world/#2e34708f2812 Solar equipment makers are gearing up to expand production again after many of them had to idle production lines or close factories. 11 countries leading the charge on renewable energy

https://www.climatecouncil.org.au/11-countries-leading-the-charge-on-renewable-energy/   The need for a swift transition to renewable energy is more urgent than ever. Climate change, driven by the burning coal, oil and gas, is already wreaking havoc on communities, economies and ecosystems right around the world. The easiest, quickest and most effective way of driving down greenhouse gas emissions and giving ourselves the best chance of kicking climate change’s butt is by moving to an energy system based on renewables and storage.  Here are some inspiring countries that are using clever combinations of renewable resources and efficient, targeted policies to drive down their emissions . Sweden In 2012 Sweden reached their target of 50% renewable energy 8 years ahead of schedule. This puts them right on track to reach their 2040 goal of 100% renewable electricity production. How did they do it? By taking advantage of their natural resources and using a com...
